We do not collect, store, or request any personally identifiable information. "Personal Information" includes, but is not limited to, name, email address, physical address, contacts, calendar entries, or files. Voice to Text: AI Transcribe can be used without providing any such information.
2Recordings, Transcriptions, and Notes (Device Data)
Voice to Text: AI Transcribe works directly with your locally created recordings, transcriptions, and notes to help you capture and organize your thoughts.
- All recordings, transcriptions, and notes remain stored only on your device
- We do not upload, copy, or transmit your notes, transcriptions, or audio to any server
- We do not access cloud backups or external storage systems
Your data always stays under your control.
3Voice and Audio Data
Voice to Text: AI Transcribe does not store, share, or sell your voice or audio data. All voice-related processing, including speech-to-text transcription, occurs on your device only and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
4Microphone Access
The app requests access to your device's microphone solely to record audio for transcription. Microphone access is used only while you are actively recording, and you can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
5Cookies
Voice to Text: AI Transcribe does not use cookies.
6Third-Party Services
The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any information.
7Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Because your data is stored locally, its security also depends on the security of your device — we recommend keeping your device protected with a passcode.
8Children's Privacy
Voice to Text: AI Transcribe is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no personal data, no such information is ever gathered or stored by us.
